Intake is usually by e-mail or over the telephone. An appointment will be scheduled if it appears that David Lourie can be of assistance. Evening and weekend appointments can usually be arranged.

David Louries usual fee is $200.00/hour, plus expenses, and a retainer is customary. Hourly, contingent fee, and retainer arrangements are negotiable. A flat rate or maximum consultation fee is available in most cases.
